Senior Design Manager – Able to manage geographically separated (multiple locations) designers working under time pressure to respond to customers for delivery of customized industrial equipment packages.
Location:   Texas

Able to create standards, systems, and best practices to facilitate effective, positive, and direct interaction among designers, engineers, and demanding customers for the fast turnaround and delivery of the right equipment package at a rapidly-growing, billion dollar equipment supplier.

• Minimum of ten years experience directing groups of designers.
• Complete familiarity with effective management of rapid design teams.
• Complete familiarity with engineering documentation standards and requirements.
